Senate Bill 166 Offers Financial Incentives to Employers Providing Work-Based Learning to Students Enrolled in Career Technical Programs

On December 22, 2021, Senate Bill 166 (“Bill”) was signed by Ohio Governor Mike Dewine. The bill creates the Career Success Grant Program (“Program”) which provides financial incentives to participating employers for providing work-based learning experiences for students enrolled in career-technical programs. The program also offers tax credit to participating employers.
