On January 8, 2023, Governor Michael DeWine signed Executive Order 2023-01D (the first order of the Governor’s second term in office) adding “status as a nursing mother” to the state’s anti-discrimination government policy. The order rescinds and replaces the similar Executive Order 2019-05D, which the Governor signed at the start of the Governor’s first term.
