Eleven- and Twelve-Month Nonteaching School Employees Granted Paid Holiday Leave for Juneteenth Day

As of June 10, 2022, 2022 Am.Sub.H.B. No. 11 designates Juneteenth as a regular paid holiday for all regular eleven- and twelve-month nonteaching school employees.

H.B. 11 amends a drafting error that only granted Juneteenth as a holiday for regular nine or ten-month nonteaching school employees.
