Montagino v. Buescher

In the case of Montagino v. Buescher, a teacher alleged that the school board and school employees were liable for the actions of a student who poured ink in the teacher’s coffee based on an alleged theory that the board failed to provide a safe and secure work environment. McGown & Markling represented the school board and school employees in this case, and successfully obtained judgment on the pleadings for the school board and school employees on statutory immunity grounds.
