Miles v. Porter

In the case of Miles v. Porter, a student filed a civil action against a school board and a school employee alleging that the school employee physically assaulted the student, as well as other students. McGown & Markling represented the school board and school employee in this case, and successfully obtained judgment on the pleadings for the school board and school employee on statutory immunity grounds.
