Matthew John Markling Presents to Ohio Valley Superintendents

On February 22, 2019, Matthew John Markling is giving a legal update to superintendents at the Ohio Valley Educational Service Center. The Ohio Valley Educational Service Center provides quality and affordable services to 12 school districts, two career center districts and community partners in Guernsey, Monroe, Noble and Washington Counties across a 2000 square mile region.
