Matthew John Markling Presents To Ohio Educational Service Center Treasurers

On May 10, 2018, Matthew John Markling is giving a legal update presentation to Ohio educational service center treasurers at the 2018 Ohio Treasurers Educational Service Center Association (“OTESCA”) Spring Conference. Mr. Markling’s presentation will address legal issues of interest to Ohio’s ESC Treasurers and their stakeholders, including recent special education decisions from the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Markling serves as General Counsel to the Ohio Educational Service Center Association, which represents the superintendents, teachers, supervisors and other personnel of Ohio’s ESCs and seeks to promote excellence in education through the quality services provided by its member organizations.
