On March 27, 2017, Matthew John Markling is giving a presentation to educational service center superintendents at the “OESCA Education Innovation Summit & New Superintendent Orientation.” Mr. Markling’s presentation will cover the broad legal issues facing Ohio’s educational service centers. Mr. Markling serves as General Counsel to the Ohio Educational Service Center Association, which represents the superintendents, teachers, supervisors and other personnel of Ohio’s ESCs and seeks to promote excellence in education through the quality services provided by its member organizations.
