Matthew John Markling Presents to Management Council and Educational Service Center Leaders

On September 17, 2019, Matthew John Markling is participating in a roundtable discussion on legal and financial issues to Ohio educational leaders at the 2019 “Connect & Collaborate” Conference co-hosted by the Ohio Educational Service Center Association (“OESCA”), Ohio Treasurers of Educational Service Centers Association (“OTESCA”), and Management Council. Mr. Markling’s presentation will address current legal and financial issues facing Ohio’s ESCs and their stakeholders. Mr. Markling serves as General Counsel to OESCA, which represents the superintendents, teachers, supervisors and other personnel of Ohio’s ESCs and seeks to promote excellence in education through the quality services provided by its member organizations. OTESCA represents the interests of ESC fiscal staff through professional development and state-level advocacy efforts. And the Management Council represents and supports the collaborative efforts of the Ohio Education Computer Network, which implements a broad spectrum of academic and administrative technologies across Ohio’s PreK-12 education system.
