On April 9, 2017, Matthew John Markling is giving a legal update presentation to principals at the East Central Ohio Educational Service Center (“ECOESC”), which provides educational services to more than 2,000 teachers and over 28,000 students throughout the Belmont, Carroll, Harrison, and Tuscarawas Counties. Through direct instruction and quality professional development, the ECOESC partners with districts to improve education for all students. The ECOESC offers robust educational consultancy through a growing list of programs including instructional coaching, administrative counseling, professional employment services, technical services, and business services.
