On August 1, 2023, the State Employment Relations Board (“SERB”) released SERB’s Annual Cost of Health Insurance in Ohio’s Public Sector Report – 2023 Edition. The report is the result of surveying all Ohio Public Employers regarding various aspects of health insurance, plan design, and cost for government entities. It presents an objective and accurate depiction of the health insurance environment in the public sector.
