On July 20, 2021, the United States Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights issued a new Q&A document regarding currently enacted Title IX regulations.
The 67 page document answers questions regarding Title IX regulations on sexual harassment and focuses on where sexual harassment occurs, responding to sexual harassment, formal complaints, and a number of other related topics.
