District Court Grants Injunction on Federal Contractor Vaccine Mandate

The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky granted a temporary injunction in response to a lawsuit that was filed by Ohio Attorney Dave Yost, as well as the Kentucky and Tennessee Attorney Generals.

The injunction halted the Biden administration’s mandate which required federal contractors in the three states to require all employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19 by January 4, 2020.
