Benjamin J. Miller is an associate attorney at McGown & Markling, which is a statewide law firm representing public entities, officials, and employees throughout Ohio in diverse practice areas.
Ben has dedicated his career to education. Ben began his education career as a high school history and government teacher. Then, during law school, Ben interned with the general counsel offices of both the Akron City School District Board of Education and Kent State University. When not practicing law, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife, Dani, and their fabulous son in Akron’s historic Firestone Park neighborhood. In addition to serving on the constitution committee for his local church, Ben and his wife volunteer with Gigi’s Playhouse in Canton, which is dedicated to the mission of changing the way the world views Down Syndrome through national campaigns, educational programs, and individual empowerment.
